Other ways to pay
If you're struggling with one of the options above then fear not, there are many other ways in which you can pay your rent...
You can't pay by Direct Debit. But if you would like to set up a regular payment, you can create a standing order with your bank online using these details:

Please include your tenancy reference.
Or complete our standing order form and take it to your bank in person.
Use your rent card to pay by cash or cheque at any Post Office. It's a free service.
Look out for the purple PayPoint sign at your local shop, newsagent or petrol station. Use your rent card and pay with cash. It's a free, convenient and private service - shop staff won't see details of your rent account. Please keep your receipt.

Don't send cash through the post as it could get stolen. Send a cheque (made out to Manchester City Council) to:
