Be part of our Resident Reader Group and help shape what we send to our Residents.
As a member of the Readers Group , you will have the opportunity to review printed materials—such as letters, leaflets, policies, and guides before they are released.
They will be Resident stamped ‘Ready for release’ on your agreement.
We will ask you things like...
- How the information is worded
- How it is presented
- Whether it answers the questions you would have
- How does it make you feel
What we ask from you...
You will have one week to complete a short questionnaire and return your comments, and you can do this from the comfort of your own home!
Do you need previous experience?
No prior knowledge is needed—just being a resident living in a MCC Housing Services property in postcodes M4, M8, M9, M12 or M40 is all we need.
