During the recent cold weather we have seen an unprecedented rise in calls to our customer contact centre.
This has impacted our call waiting times significantly with many customers waiting a very long time for their call to be answered.
We are really sorry for the delays and we are working hard to get our call waiting times back to normal.

We are also dealing with a high volume of reports of damp and mould, this means our surveyor inspection visits are taking longer to get through than we would like. We shall continue with these visits early in the new year.

The phone lines for general repairs reporting will close at 12:30 on Friday 23 December until 8:30am on Tuesday 3 January.
