Our New Repairs Service Standards

We’ve developed a new set of standards for our repairs and maintenance service.

Our current repairs service is not where it should be. While some repairs are completed on time, we face high volumes of requests, which leads to delays and an increase in complaints.

We want to provide a much better service for residents and so we have worked with our repairs contractor, Equans and Your Voice (our resident scrutiny group) to develop a repairs and maintenance service standard to address the issues, clear the backlog and provide a service residents can rely on.

We regularly publish performance reports on our repairs service so you can check how we are doing on the performance section of our website and through our annual reports.
