Our first Your Voice meeting took place this week.
16 local residents came along to the first session and it was great to see a real mix of ages and backgrounds.
The session was also attended by our senior leadership team, they were keen to get to know the residents and hear about their experiences of the housing service.
We got to know each other over lunch before delving into a discussion on the Social Housing Act.
The group has been split into three, with each looking into a specific service area and making recommendations for improvement.
We're still looking for people to join our 'HOME' group, which will concentrate on:
- Our repairs service
- Building safety
- Making homes greener
Our next meeting will take place in January.
