From Monday 6 September we are pleased to announce that our White Moss Road office will be open to visitors.
We have carried out a full review of the space, installing safety screens and sanitising stations to offer a safe, clean environment for residents.
Here we will be able to discuss any of our services with you including making appointments for you to see your housing officer or money advisor.
Although we no longer take cash payments in the office we can also help you to set up My Account – the online portal for managing your rent and tenancy.
We have computers available for you to use and help will be available if you need it.

We are also reviewing our working arrangements at our other local offices and we will update you when we are ready to open those up too!
