Our new model focuses on increasing frontline presence, expanding anti-social behaviour (ASB) services, and bolstering support-based offerings.
This shift is designed to “find the silences” — ensuring that we reach residents who might otherwise go unnoticed, providing them with the care and assistance they need.
Housing Officers will now have more time to spend on estates, addressing environmental issues and offering greater involvement at Independent Living Schemes.
Additionally, we’re better supporting our dedicated ASB and Support teams to safeguard residents and create a seamless, end-to-end service.
With these improvements, residents can expect a much more personalised and efficient experience, with their wellbeing and housing conditions at the heart of everything we do.
