Improving Our Services: Tenant Feedback in Action

We're committed to providing the best possible service to our tenants, and your feedback plays a vital role in helping us achieve that.  

Following our "deep dive" workshop in September, where we thoroughly reviewed tenant complaints, we held a "Showcase of Success" event on January 16 at FC United to share the progress made and celebrate the positive impact of your feedback.

Teams across Housing Services shared the hard work and achievements of the past quarter, demonstrating how we're addressing the issues that tenants have raised and how we are making progress on the action plan developed after the initial deep dive.

This collaborative effort has helped us better understand how we measure up against Consumer Regulation standards and, importantly, how our staff feel about working in the service. We're pleased to report improvements in staff morale compared to last year, which we believe translates to a better service for you.

Looking ahead to 2025, Housing Services is developing new team and service development plans to further improve our services based on your feedback.  We're excited about the future and our continued commitment to serving the North Manchester community.
