After a successful recruitment drive this summer we are excited to tell you our Estate Services Team has been boosted with 16 new people!
One of the areas residents have told us they would most like to see improvements is their local environment, and this team will be dedicated to helping to make your area cleaner and safer.
The new team will look after open spaces, communal gardens and the walkways and paths on our estates which so often get clogged with rubbish and leaves making conditions slippery and difficult to navigate. This is the first time our team have been able to cover this type of work.
They have been up and running since October and have managed to cover much of the Harpurhey area so far.
It will take them some time to cover all areas, so please bear with us if you don’t see an immediate improvement to your estate.
Their schedule of work is also shaped by what residents tell us on our estate walkabouts, so please join us on one of those if there is something you would like us to tackle.
