Key Responsibilities

Manchester City Council’s Housing Services team is made up of more than 250 staff who are accountable for providing good quality, safe and affordable homes, and housing management services to customers. 

In his role as the Assistant Director of Housing, Graeme Hall is also responsible for ensuring Manchester City Council’s compliance with health and safety requirements. Graeme is supported in this role by other colleagues (e.g. the Strategic Lead for Assets & Repairs, the Head of Building Safety and Compliance and Health & Safety colleagues) 

In her role as Strategic Lead for Resident Experience, Jen Boswell is responsible for Manchester City Council’s compliance with the Consumer Standards.
